Pump, Utility, and Large Fan Users

    DyRoBeS™ Version 12 has special added features designed for the fossil and nuclear power industries.  Two turbulent flow seal calculations based on the work by Dr. H. Black and Dr. D. Childs, which allow for evaluation of pumps with multiple seals, have been added to DyRoBeS™.  For large utility fans, disk flexibility effects can be added to see the influence on critical speeds.  Only DyRoBeS™ software is capable of computing the dynamics of the large eleven-bearing nuclear turbine-generator systems, including bearing and foundation effects.  Only DyRoBeS™ can compute rotor response with shaft unbalance, shaft bow, and disk skew effects together.  A complete time transient analysis is now possible with arbitrary excitation.
